I’ve come across two beautiful but very different works of art I felt the need to share. The first is a short called Alive featuring The Burn Units. I just loved how they play with the elements mixing both fire and ice/snow. This film is poetic and beautifully shot, makes you want to live on a mountain or at least near one.
The second is these breathtakingly gorgeous gowns from Elie Saab’s Paris Haute Couture Spring 2011 Collection. This seems to be the year of sequence, lace and romantic soft lines. I don’t know about you but I’m hoping to see one of these gowns on the red carpet come Oscar night!
